My mini-rant of the day...This girl I know who I'm sort of friends with has a blog, and (since I actually remembered what it was called) I decided to look at it. When did it become okay to completley ignore grammar and sentance structure and cuss and be vile in general on a blog? I mean she cusses a lot in real life so I guess I should have been expecting it but wow. That really bothered me *mutters*

Some people just seem to type like that. I have several friends (male, generally) who can't construct a proper sentence to save their life. Then again, they were in the bottom English class, but you see them type things online and think "...how have you survived this long?"

And thank you everyone. I was a little worried about divulging that because, as I said, my friends have thrown it in my face before.

Rant rant rant: My arm hurts like hell and I couldn't get any pain killers because they would interferr with this new medication that I'm trying. I don't get why they just didn't keep me on my old stuff, it was working fine, at least I thought that it was. Stairs are now my worst enemy. If it weren't for them my arm wouldn't be broken, mind you that's partially my fault for not admitting I was in pain, and I wouldn't have this stupid cast on :S Mind you the cast is flourescent green pink and orange which makes it much much better.

That sucks about how the painkillers would be messing with your medication. So how bad is it broken?

That is cool about the colour of the cast though, mine was white and one of my friends wrote something probably not suitable for a cast my mum and dad could see so I had to try and get it off. Didn't work. -_-

It's completely shattered in the wrist, my radius is fractured, and my ulna is bruised.

Ow. That is really terrible, my brother had his wrist shattered and he was in the cast for 8 weeks. How long are you in for?

At least 3 months, but that's being optimistic and unrealistic I think the doctos are going for more on the half a year side -_-

So, I'm at my friend Mary's house, and she was having a total breakdown on me because she had really bad writer's block. So I PRETENDED to threaten her with the little blade in my multi-tool thing that I carry with me, (which didn't really work, by the way), and then we both just started laughing. So, I, in my infinite geniusness, (yes, geniusness), said, "See, it doesn't really hurt," and ran the thing along my hand.

I was wrong, and it hurt like hell. So now I've got all this blood going down my finger while I'm trying to type--though I've got a bandaid on it now, thankfully. And then I felt like a total idiot for it.

End of rant.

School: I am effing tired of you. Any more need to be said?

Two: homophobes. I, although myself am not gay, support the LGBT community a lot. That being said, I don't have a huge problem with the people who don't support the LGBT community, as long as they don't start giving me a speech on why God thinks that being gay is a sin, it's so bad, it's disgusting, etc, etc. Hello? I've seen so many people who are of the same religion as you and fully support gays. (I don't mean to be offensive, I'm sorry if I seem this way.) Now, it's the people who go around on the internet saying that being gay is horrible.

Yesterday, I came across a person who stated that being gay was a mental disorder. What the hell? Also, the boys who walk around the school who call people fags and gay. HELLO. EARTH TO IDIOTS.

I don't know why. It's just been really pissing me off lately.

I completely agree. Homophobes are some of the scum of the earth if you ask me. I watched Wife Swap yesterday, (sad I know) and it was a gay couple swapping with a very heavily religious couple in Texas. The homosexual man came to the other man's house and the religious man, would not even let him in the house. To me that is just disgusting behaviour. How can he judge a person like that without even knowing him?

Yesterday, I came across a person who stated that being gay was a mental disorder.

See that's just really bad. It's just... I can't even explain how pissed off that makes me at the human race.

Words that used to mean so much have completely lost their meaning. People just go around saying "that's gay" or "what a fag" and they don't even understand the true meaning these words have. Yesterday some guys were talking about a video game and they said; "yeah you're gonna get soo raped this afternoon when I beat you" and I was just thinking, wow you guys just don't get it do you?

Wow that was kinda my rant too. I think I needed to get that out of my system.

Agreed. For me it seems like a lot of times writers have more depth than normal people (especially guys) who spend all day saying dumb stuff and playing video games. Why? I don't know. We seem to understand that calling someone a 'fag' etc. can really hurt someone.

Maybe it's because we're sort of the social outcasts (Not saying it's true for everybody, but in my general experience, it's been true) and some of us have been called a "fag" etc.

It might also be because when we write about characters that are called names, we have to share their experiences. When we know how grief, anger, frustration, etc. affects people.

Okay, now I'm gonna stop being philosophical and rant.

We're getting a pool built at my mom's house, and the people who are doing it are SO FREAKING SLOW!! They said they'd be done in March, but they're outside working RIGHT NOW. And my mom had to lie to them and threaten them with a lawsuit to get them to stop leaving to smoke pot. (Yes, they smoke pot) I'm supposed to have a pool party next week, and they might not be done by then. SO I'M MAD!!!

I'm in my school's GSA (It stands for Gay Straigh Alliance, not Gay Student Alliance, which is what everyone seems to think and very annoying to the non-gay members of the club so really just me) and at this conference they went to (which I unfortunately was unable to attend) some of my friends did a workshop on how "gay" has become an insult because it's a become a synonym of "stupid," and they also made posters. I really enjoy walking down the one that says in huge, gold and silver glitter "GAY" and then smaller in black sharpie "...it doesn't mean STUPID"

I'm sorry Max, that's very annoying.
