STARVATION RULES
1) Treat all members and their opinions with respect at all times.
Violations of this include, but are not limited to, outright insulting other forum members and insulting/bashing/flaming other member's opinions or stories. This also applies especially to new people - be nice to them!
2) Type appropriately.
We expect you to follow most grammar and spelling rules and to keep language, etc. appropriate for teenagers. We also ask that you don't over-use graphics such as emoticons to avoid clogging up threads.
3) Spamming is not tolerated.
This includes but is not limited to double-posting or posting in threads that haven't been active in a long time.
4) Keep discussions in their respective threads.
If a thread spurs a new discussion, feel free to create a thread for that discussion, but try not to get horrendously off-topic in threads with a specific topic.
5) Spoilers require spoiler warnings.
Even if most of us have read Mockingjay by now, we still expect you not to give away the ending in idle conversation. All major spoilers require a warning. It's just being considerate.
Violation of these rules may result in a warning, probation, suspension, or expulsion from Starvation as staff members see fit. The staff members have the right to determine when a member has broken the rules of Starvation and to decide what the punishment for the infraction should be. They reserve the right to do as they see necessary and proper for the betterment of the forum, and the rules of Starvation are subject to changes or alterations as the staff members see fit.
If any member feels that another member has been breaking the rules or treating them disrespecfully, they should contact whichever staff member is online at the time to report it.
Any questions about the rules or anything else relating to Starvation should be directed to a staff member.
