Layout of the Quarter Quell:
1) Submit your nominations via PM to any of the Quell Judges.
2) Stories nominated will be placed into the Entry list. This list will be updated frequently, and the authors of nominated stories will be notified of their story's involvement.
3) The nominations will continue to be received until the deadline.
4) Once the nomination deadline has passed, a poll will be created for the competition. You may vote for three (3) stories in the poll.
5) The three stories that have the greatest numbers of votes will be announced once the polls have closed.
6) The judges will read the top stories of the poll and will decide together on the Victor.
7) The Victors will be announced and be given a 'Victor Pin' and reviews by the judges.
Rules:
1) You may nominate up to three published stories on any site housing fanfics, this is including fanfiction.net, hungergamesfanfiction.net, thegirlonfire.com, mockingjay.net, etc.
2) You will be able to vote for three stories in the poll.

4) Stories that are written by the judges are not able to be nominated.
