We know you speak English...any others? Studying any? Any you desperately want to learn?
I'm going into my sixth year of studying Spanish, and I'm at level 4 of that, and I'm going into my third year of studying French, where I am at level 3. I wish my school offered Italian (they don't), which I really want to learn someday.
How about you?

I really want to learn Latin. I'm learning italian, informally of course, but I'm picking up mostly general conversation stuff, nothing too specific but don't ask me to type it. I fail at that.
I never had any desire to learn spainish though

Italian Two of my friends take Latin - well, one is starting this year...I guess it's useful for words and such, but I wouldn't want to learn it because no one speaks it anymore Where's the fun in that?

Italian of course That's why because no one uses it anymore and doesn't care to and it helps with learning anatomy and scientific names

I speak English and I can hold a conversation in Afrikaans, and I'm learning French. French is lovely. ^_^

Cool I wish my French pronounciation was better, but because I learned Spanish first, I have trouble with the whole not-prounouncing-half-the-letters-in-a-word thing

My French pronunciation SUCKS. D: But fortunately it's a subject I enjoy studying so hopefully I'll get better with time.

Hey, mine sucks too! And some kids in my class - including my one friend in my grade who takes it - have really great pronounciation, so it's like I'm okay with words I've learned how to pronounce, but if I haven't been told I have no idea how to sound it out.

Yeah, I often end up asking for help. D: The person who sits next to me in French has parents that speak it fluently, so her pronunciation is excellent. But I guess it's just one of those things that need to be practiced.

There's a guy in my grade whose dad was my Spanish teacher last year, and his mom also speaks fluently. I think they even speak it at home and he got like a gold medal on the National Spanish Exam, but didn't take it as a natural speaker like one of my friends had to do - I'm like, not. fair.

I speak French. Rather well actually. But I'm Canadian, we're required to learn it.
I'd like to learn German, Russian, and Latin. Though I'll probably only get around to German.

They offer Russian at my school - I think we're one of the only schools in the area who does. But the other schools offer languages like Chinese, so...
