Tell the truth...we won't judge you Mine are really depressing - The Decemberists and Death Cab for Cutie, pretty much. But that's cause I always listen to the lyrics of songs, so I really like songs that tell a story, and all of the Decemberists' songs do. (Then again, most of the music on my iPod is from musicals anyway ) What about you?

OMIGARSH DEATH CAB AND THE DECEMBERISTS RAWK. They're both incredible. I'm also a fan of The Killers, Cold War Kids, Muse, Band of Skulls and Lady Gaga. (No judging on the last one. xD)

TM - yay someone who also likes depressing bands! I like The Killers but I don't listen to much of their stuff because my dad likes them, and I like to differentiate. Although that was more when I was younger, I don't care so much now, and like his music is the only stuff we have, soo... :/ I also like the All American Rejects...don't judge me Kate - never heard of any of those...okay I've heard of Sugarland but none of the others. *doesn't listen to much country music*

Rowena: I think I like The Killers a bit more than I should. xD My sister gets really pissed because I usually listen to her (illegally obtained) music most of the time.
Kate: I can't say that I've heard of any of them. D:

lol Most of my dad's music that I listened to he's taken from one of his friends at work He buys so much music, but when I have an iTunes giftcard he's all like "put it on now, and I'll use it, but then you can have $15 dollars later, we don't want it to go down in value!" And I'm like, um, it's my giftcard, I'll use it when I want, and even when I need to buy a song like for a show he's all reluctant

When I'm in a musical, or thinking of auditioning for one, I often buy the soundtrack or rent it from the library and copy it into iTunes.

Hm, I've got quite a few I listen to.
Shinedown, Mayday Parade, The Fray, Green Day, Three Days Grace, My Darkest Days, Nickelback, Sugarland, Epica, Bon Jovi, and that's all that's coming to mind right now.

I like Green Day I mean, I only have like three songs by them, but for me that's a lot (If you ignore the fact that half of my iPod is Decemberists songs...*cough*)
