So the morphling that saved peeta, do you think that was more an act with the rebels or the morphlings connection with peeta from painting? I'm thinking it was more the painting because I don't see the rebels trusting a morphling with info

I have to agree with you there. The morphlings are most likely viewed as we view druggies here in the world, or mentally unstable people. Treading lightly, talking in childlike voices so they can follow, you view if mentally gone. In the books it said that each District had information, but it varied depending on their status. The morphlings were most likely told that Katniss and Peeta were important, but that Peeta had to stay alive, so that may have motivated them somewhat. But it seems more ogical that it was their connection with him since he really understood paintings and such and he was kind to them. Kindness tends to motivate people more than orders.

I forgot about the thing with all the districts knowing something. But it would make more sense that the morphlings would be acting off of Peeta's kindness
