If you were reaped for the Hunger Games, what would you bring as your token?
Mine would be a pearl necklace my great-grandmother bought me for my twelfth birthday. That was two weeks before she passed away. I miss her more than ever, and the pearl necklace has always been something I remember her by. I've never taken it off since I got it.

Thats a really good question. Thats hard to pick though for me. I would have to bring it down to three things I would have to pick from; a necklace my grandmother gave that was just a pewter cross on a black cord that I've always worn, or a necklace of my moms that has a locket with family photos in it, or a silk scarf of my grandpas. Possibly the scarf for it's functionality (its amazingly warm) and I've always been really close to my grandpa.

I'd be smart and bring a jacket! Just kidding. I would have brought a bracelet I made. It's a parachute ripcord made into a wrist band. And I would bring it for the following reasons. 1) I could untie it and use it. 2) I could use the other plastic parts for something I came up with.

Now I've got ask, what is the thing you've made up?

*Smirk* You can't swallow it, but you can suck on it. You can cover it in anything sticky. Then, if you can find it, you can put some MORE plastic around it. And you see, it's a good thing to use for if you're in pain. You try to get the sticky stuff(make sure it's edible)and you're so distracted by it, you can't feel the pain. If you break the plastic, if it's edible, you can eat whatever you put in it. I've done it before, when I took a hunting trip for a week. I got scratched by a baby mountain lion which apparently was following us. Thank GOD the mom didn't. xD But it's a good tactic, and keeps you alive because it's quiet.

I wouldn't be worrying about a token since I would leap into the Cornucopia the second the buzzer went off anyway

It sounds like you've made a sucker? I'm still not a 100% sure though.
Rowena, how many times have we gone over this, you can join me with the careers, don't take the easy way out. sigh.

My triqueta necklace. I almost never take it off.
Though I don't think I'd have to worry about that, since I'd step off my plate before the buzzer went off. I'd prefer a quick death rather then someone killing me.

If I went, I would grab what I need, and GO. I don't give a shit if they're following me. I know how to make human traps to kill or just trap in less than 30 minutes. They're in medium quality, too. I'd stay as far as I could from human life, and pull a Haymitch. Go to the shield, and stay there. Nobody will follow me. They're all out killing each other.
And yes, it is a sucker. Except, there is no stick to hold on. You just put it in your mouth.

Kate, I'm a complete weakling. I can't do anything. Unless I'm ticked off. But in the Games, I'd mostly be scared.
So, stepping off the plate is my best bet.

I have no idea what I'd bring... if I had to choose now, I'd say one of my special purple pens that I'd put on a necklace with a butterfly pendant on it, but I'd probably take whatever my family would offer for my token.
As for plate-jumping, I probably wouldn't do it even if my odds were .001%. Even .001 is better than 0, and I feel like I would be letting myself and my family down if I just gave up.

Ooo, AJ, stepping off the plate before the buzzer goes off is a much better plan than running to the Cornucopia. That way you gurantee a painless death.
Kate, even if I joined you in the Careers, you would have to turn against me at some point, and we both know who would win that fight, so... :/ Plus I'd rather not have to kill anyone, even to save myself, if I could, y'know?

Don't give up on life, besides (plate jumpers) Amata right on this. Any chance is better than no chance. Maybe the SPOILERS FOR CATCHING FIRE AHEAD
rebellion is going on and we all get out? hmmm
But I'd still get in with the careers.

I'd pull a predator on the careers, anyway. Hunt them down with traps, and kill them one by one.
